Wristwatches were watches with a strap that humans wear around their wrists. A wristwatch was also an accessory that was worn by agents of the Men in Black.

The wristwatches were made by Hamilton and agents within MiB were supplied with these wristwatches from the Men in Black. The watch is required to be worn by agents of all positions. These wristwatches were not only used to tell the time, but also used to complete the agents' Black Suit ensemble. These Hamilton watches are of the Ventura line of wrist watches. The wristwatches had a triangular face with a, hour, second, and minute hand. The face was bounded by a black leather band to compliment the black blazer worn by agents.

The wrist watches have rarely been utilized beyond telling time or completing the attire of the agents. Different Ventura watches have been used by different agents through the history of the Men in Black organization. Agent J wore a Hamilton Ventura Chronograph. Agent H wore a Hamilton Ventura Auto with a brown leather band and Agent M wore a Hamilton Ventura Qartz with a black band.
