They are a group of warriors of the Wano species.

In The Spectacle Syndrome They appear almost at the end, when the transporter beam of Empiria transports them to the Coliseum and revealing that they were the true fighters that they had chosen. Before going into action these warriors are corralled by the alien prisoners and it is unknown it was of them then.
