Riza Starros was an alien weapon dealer. At one point in time, Riza was in a relationship with MiB agent, H. However they soon broke up due to their occupations.
Encounter with MiB[]
While dealing with someone, Riza was informed that her ex boyfriend H, was here to see her. Finishing off the person, Riza then went to meet H.
