Locker C-18 was a locker at Grand Central Terminal that is the home of a society of small aliens.

Agent K set up the city of aliens in the locker and left behind a watch that actives the Neuralyzer in the Statue of Liberty and a ticket which was the last clue to awaken his memory about the Light of Zartha.
