An INS Agent were the employees of the Immigration and Naturalization Service responsible for monitoring immigration to the United States.
History[]
In the original film, the agents pull over a van of Nick who has a van full of immigrants. But, two MiB agents, Kay and Dee intervene and claim to be INS Division Six. Here, they load all of the immigrants back into the van except one, and tell the other agents to back off. However, the agents know there is no such thing as INS Division six. One agent, Janus sees what they are doing, and sees that the one was an alien, Mikey. Mikey sees him and attacks, but is vaporized by Kay. Here, the agents are neuralyzed and given an explanation of what happened.
