Ebel and Kel are law enforcers from Kalifadik who had a mission to arrest any that travel in their planet that violate their laws.

They only appear in The Worm-Guy Guy Syndrome; two of these officials execute the mission of arresting all aliens that misbehave on their planet with a hand-held teleporter. Such offenders include one of the Twins. While doing so, one of them are arrested, and other is defeated by Jay and the Worms.
