Napier in April 2008
Charles Napier was an American actor and voice actor. He was known for his military roles and his "tough guy" roles. In Men in Black: The Series, Napier voiced Zed. He voiced Zed for the show's run of four seasons, unlike some other voice actors. He is also known for voicing Duke Phillips on the Sony animated sitcom The Critic.
