C18 Locker Aliens

The C18 Locker Aliens are a sapient race of small (a few centimeters height) humanoid alien creatures with brown fur, large eyes and bioluminescent antennae.

Though most of them go around bare, one of the members sticks out among the other as he's seen wearing a beige undershirt, a red robe and using a shepherd's staff, as well as having long white hair and beard, sharing similarities to Bible's Moses.

History[]

Not much is known about the origins of the race, though, as being under the care of Agent K during years prior to his neuralization, it's possible they make part of a diplomatic sheltering program from the Men in Black. It's unknown if there exists any other colony aside from the seen in the movie.

As part of his plan to keep the Light of Zartha safe, Kay set the little aliens a model city to live in Locker C-18 at Grand Central Terminal along with a special wristwatch and a ticket to a video rental store in possession of a film that'd help him retrieve his memories about the mission in case he was to be neuralized in the future.

Kay seemingly gave the tiny aliens instructions to keep both elements safe until his return, soonly considering the items sacred gifts, taking Kay for a god and calling him the "Light Giver" for gifting them the "Timekeeper" to light their streets and hearts, and even creating a chant to hail him based on the National Anthem. The Unnamed Leader would also interpretate the messages within the video rental card as commandments they'd have to follow in order to keep peace in their world, which seemingly worked despite the misinterpretations.

Years later when a recently-deneuralized Kay returned to retrieve his watch the little inhabitants of the locker panicked and begged for mercy, to which the now better-ranked Jay settled their worries by gifting them his own watch, earning their recognition and also considering him a deity. Before the pair leaved the Unnamed Leader also suggested them to take their "Tablet" to pass it onto others to become enlightened since its commandments have spreaded peace across their nation, which turned out benefical for the MiB Agents in their quest to protect the Light of Zartha.

By the end of the second movie, the entire colony was transferred from Grand Central Terminal's locker onto Agent J's own locker, to his surprise and annoyance.

Culture[]

The C-18 Locker Aliens pass much of their time gathered in groups contemplating the Timekeeper, not minding the limited space they live in and seemingly consider the outside world of the Station as a superior plane of existance.

They possess a teocratic society built around Kay as their governor for the kindness he's showed to them, though a spiritual leader is required to guide them towards peaceful ways by interpreting the words written in the "Tablet" as commandments as it follows.

  • Be Kind, Rewind: "Go back and reconcile your past in order to move tranquil into your future."
  • 2 for 1 Every Wednesday: "Give twice as much as you receive on the most sacred of days, every wednesday."
  • Large Adult Entertainment Section in the Back: "(That's just nasty.)"

Despite their devoting faith to Kay, when he returns to retrieve the wristwatch he had left there, the aliens panic and seemingly dismiss him as a deity, instead taking Jay as their new fountain of guideance as he gifts them his own watch as replacement of Kay's, which is enough for them to swap the name of Kay in their chants, now hailing for Jay, which means anyone who is remotely nice towards the species can become an object of worship.
