Commander Dirl is the boss of the Chop-Shoppers.

Commander Dirl was tall and had a somewhat muscular build, a long rounded jaw with square teeth, long round ears, and yellow eyes without pupils. He wore a green jumpsuit with a yellow stripe pattern, a pair of brown boots with a light brown line pattern and outsoles, a mechanical implant on the back of his neck, and a silver helmet with lenses on the side that go over his eyes.
