This small alien was seen occasionally at MIB Headquarters in the first film, such as when the "joke ball" that K says caused The Chicago Fire was zipping around. It was also seen in the background, to the left of the Twins workstation, when K is showing J some aliens disguised as human celebrities like Sylvester Stallone and Newt Gingrich.
