The 2012 Ford Taurus SHO was driven by Agent K. It was used for the complimentary cases in 2012 and replaces the 2003 Mercedes-Benz E500 (W211) from the previous film. This vehicle served as J and K's primary mode of transportation in the current year of 2012.
When K disappears due to his past self being killed in the past in 1969. J takes over as the driver of the Taurus in the alternate 2012 until he time jumps to the year 1969 to prevent K's death and restore the timeline.
This car serves as the official car of the MiB and fleets of them are seen during the crash site crime scene.
In the video game Men in Black: Alien Crisis the car serves as C and P's primary mode of transportation and is used as a playable vehicle in driving missions. Fleets of them are seen in the parking garage of the game.
